Jason Hall
Born in Lafayette, Jason Hall has always called northwest, GA home. Son of Shirley and Leon Hall, Jason’s father has been a pastor in the area since the 1950s.
Jason has been married to Melissa Hall for the past 16 years and has three children: Kelsey, Evan, and Caden. His family is a member of Harbor Lights Baptist Church where he is the Education Minister.
In 1997, Jason began on a career path that would lead him into administration by managing a Chattanooga furniture company. Following his managerial position, he spent five years as regional manager of North Georgia Jim Walter Homes. In 2004 he began working with the City of Ringgold as the Code Enforcement Officer. During that time, he built the Geospatial Information System (GIS) for the City, wrote the storm water program, and the flood program.
Jason attended Dalton State College and Covenant College’s Quest Program. He also obtained his certification as Flood Plain Manager from FEMA and has had extensive GSI training.
Jason’s knowledge of city government and extensive managerial experience makes him a tremendous asset to the City of Varnell. He is excited to be a part of the Varnell community and looks forward to the new beginning the City is experiencing.

Pam Garrison
Pam is a native of Whitfield County and graduated from Northwest High School – 1977.
She a member of GA County Clerks Association, International Institute of Municipal Clerks.
She is attending the GA Clerks Certification program at the University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute of Government
and also the GA Municipal Court Continuing Education program. Pam has two children, Jason Fields and Holli Fields.
She has two grandchildren, Havanna and Iverson. She is a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
Her hobbies include decorating, reading, playing piano, spending time with family and friends and being a wedding planner.
